Common questions

Do you store loyalty programme passwords?

No, never. We store the frequent flyer number and nothing else, and we never sign in to an airline's site for you. We prepare the miles claim — the last click is yours.

What is an open ticket, and how do you handle it?

A ticket you've bought without picking a travel date yet. We keep the route, the airline, the booking reference and the expiry date, and remind you before it runs out.

Is my data mine? Can I take it or delete it?

Yes. Export all of it as JSON in one click, and delete your account and everything in it with another — no questions asked.

Do you book tickets, or buy them for me?

No. Ri7lati doesn't sell tickets and doesn't store payment cards. It's one place for the bookings you've already bought, wherever you bought them.
