Do I need an account to search for flights?
No. You can search for flights, browse the results and compare them without an account.
When do I need to sign in?
When you continue to booking options for a flight you've chosen, and when you use account features such as saving tickets and following your miles.
Do I pay on R7hlati?
Not at the moment. R7hlati doesn't sell tickets or take payments.
Where does the booking happen?
With the airline or an external booking site. We send you to the booking option you choose, and you book and pay there.
Is the price I see guaranteed?
No. We show the price at the time of your search, and the price or availability can change until you complete the purchase.
What does R7hlati do after I book?
When you add your ticket to R7hlati, we keep it with your other tickets, track your open tickets, and flag flights whose miles weren't credited.
What is an open ticket?
It's a ticket you've bought but haven't set a date to use yet.
R7hlati keeps its route, airline, booking reference and expiry date, so it stays in view until you use it.
Do you store loyalty programme passwords?
No.
We keep only your membership number to follow up on miles, and we never sign in to your airline account on your behalf.
Do I own my data?
Yes.
You can export your data or delete your account and its data from Settings.
