What Ri7lati is

A service for organising travel bookings you already own: it keeps them in one place, tracks your open tickets and reminds you about miles. Ri7lati is not a travel agency, does not sell tickets and does not book on your behalf.

What we don't do

• We don't sign in to airline or loyalty programme sites for you, and we don't ask for those passwords.
• We don't send any request in your name; we prepare it and you press send.
• We don't store payment card details.

Accuracy of the data

Reading details out of images and emails is automatic, and it can be wrong. Always check your booking before you travel — the airline's own record is the final word. Reminders are a help, not a substitute for keeping track yourself.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping access to the email address you sign in with, and for the accuracy of what you add. You can delete your account and all of your data at any time from Settings.

Acceptable use

Use the service for your own bookings and those of the people you travel with. Do not try to reach anyone else's data, disrupt the service, or use it in ways that break Saudi law.

Changes, and ending the service

We may update these terms or the service itself. If something material changes we will tell you inside the app. You may stop using Ri7lati at any time — export your data first.
