What R7hlati is

R7hlati is a service that helps you with four things:

• Searching for flights and comparing the results.
• Managing your tickets in one place.
• Keeping track of open tickets whose travel date hasn't been set yet.
• The miles assistant: finding flights whose miles weren't credited and preparing the claim.

R7hlati is not a travel agency. It does not sell or issue tickets, and it does not book on your behalf.

Search results and prices

Search results come from external data providers, and we show them as we receive them.

Prices and seat availability can change at any moment until the purchase is complete on the booking site. The final price is the one you see there before you pay.

When we call a flight "cheapest", we mean the cheapest among the results available to us — not the lowest price on the internet — and we do not guarantee it.

The data provider may sometimes be unavailable, and booking options may be missing for some flights or airlines.

Booking and payment

Booking, payment and ticketing are handled by the airline or booking site you choose, and their own terms and policies apply, including changes, cancellations and refunds.

You are responsible for checking the booking details before you pay: names, dates, airports, price and conditions.

The miles assistant

We prepare the miles claim for you, and you are the one who submits it to the loyalty programme. Whether the claim is accepted is for the programme alone to decide, and we do not guarantee the outcome.

What we don't do

• We don't sign in to airline or loyalty programme sites for you, and we don't ask for those passwords.
• We don't send any request in your name; we prepare it and you press send.
• We don't store payment card details.

Accuracy of the data

Reading details out of images and emails is automatic, and it can be wrong. Always check your booking before you travel — the airline's own record is the final word. Reminders are a help, not a substitute for keeping track yourself.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping access to the email address you sign in with, and for the accuracy of what you add. You can delete your account and all of your data at any time from Settings.

Acceptable use

Use the service for your own bookings and those of the people you travel with. Do not try to reach anyone else's data, disrupt the service, or use it in ways that break Saudi law.

Changes, and ending the service

We may update these terms or the service itself. If something material changes we will tell you inside the app. You may stop using R7hlati at any time — export your data first.
